
How do I return an item?Purchasing from the Go-promo.com store:When you receive your order, always keep the paperwork that is included with it in case you wish to return or exchange an item. Also, save any emails you receive about you order, as they may provide important information. Returns can only be requested within 10 days of the product shipment date.Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you. Contact purchasing@go-promo.com if you have questions. A restocking fee may apply to returned items or items that have been cancelled from an order after it has been assigned to a fulfillment location. If a restocking fee will apply to an order, it will be noted on the final screen of checkout before you complete your order. Purchasing custom promotional products:Upon acceptance of a proof of your design, customized promotional products may not be returned due to a graphic or design discrepancy. The proof of your custom design is a visual representation of the product you will receive in hand and all change requests must be handled before acceptance of the proof.A written approval of your artwork as sent to you by an account representative indicates a final acceptance of your order. No returns will be accepted for design changes after a proof has been accepted and all sales on custom orders are final after proof approval. Please note that we do not guarantee PMS color matching for full color prints due to the nature of CMYK sublimation transfer printing. The sublimation process produces a high quality 'representation', however exact PMS color matching should not be expected. Every effort will be made to 'swatch' out the colors with a close tonal value. Colors can and may vary on repeats and during the same run. Written acceptance of your 'official proof' indicates your acceptance of this policy.
Artwork Permissions:All customers submitting artwork are assumed to have copyright approval for their art. Please obtain reproduction permissions from the copyright holder if you do not have it. Great Online Promotions and it's owners, affiliates and members will not be held responsible for artwork submitted to us by a customer. All artwork is assumed to have the needed permissions for reproduction from the copyright and/or trademark holder. If a dispute arises, we will honor all requests from the copyright holder to refuse production and.or reproduction. Please contact us if you believe any of your artwork is being used by a customer without permission.Shipping Delay:Our account representatives work hard to avoid all shipping delays and encourage you to let us know of any deadlines you may have. We will be able to provide confirmations of delivery date only after an order is accepted. Our account representatives will confirm with you once you place the order a shipping deadline can be met before order processing.Damaged ReturnsDamaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the merchant shipper immediately. You'll find contact information for the merchant shipper in the product box. If you receive damaged merchandise, please save all packaging material and paperwork -- do not throw anything away!
