'Camera ready artwork' is defined as:
  • Black and white color separated positive image.
  • Clean, sharp lines that do not require any alterations.
Photocopies, faxed art, sketches, stationary, business cards and other imprinted products are not considered camera ready and may be subject to an art charge.
Great Online Promotions, LLC reserves the right to reject any art that is not considered camera ready. If conversion is needed, art will be charged at an hourly rate of $60.00(g) and billed separately upon commission. Art will be quoted before production begins. We require all proofs to be approved in writing before production and will not proceed with your order in the absence of proof approval. Shipping dates are only available after the proof has been approved.


There will be a $20.00(g) typesetting charge for all straight-line copy, up to three lines. Unless otherwise specified, typestyle is at the discretion of the art department.

Electronic Art:

Artwork may be provided on CD-ROM or via email. Files must be vector format with all fonts converted to outlines, curves or paths. Bitmap files will require an art charge.
We accept the following formats:
  • Adobe Illustrator CS5
  • CorelDraw X3
  • Photoshop CS5 (four color process only).
Emails must specify halftones Halftones are printed at 60 DPI and must be reviewed and approved by the Art Department prior to printing. A pre-production proof may be mandatory.

Imprint colors:

We print according to the PANTONE Solid Coated color book. All numerical reference to colors within option categories are Pantone color formulas and are standardized across all products. Great Online Promotions, LLC reserves the right to commence production upon receipt of the order. Customer will be required to pay for all work completed at the time of cancellation. Any changes requested after artwork has been prepared for production may incur additional film and screen charges. All cancellations and changes to any pending order must be submitted in writing. You may not be able to change your order after written proof acceptance.
