Screen Printing Explained

Screen Printing FAQ:

Screen Printing Explained
Screen-printing is a rather simple process that has evolved over the centuries. Screen printing is a form of stenciling that first appeared in a recognizable form in China as far back as 970 AD and spread throughout the West since. Over time, rather sophisticated software machines and methods were developed and we now use those to create great promotional products.

Screen printing is a process by which colored ink is methodically applied to a substrate with a screen and a squeegee. The ink is then forced into the top of the fabric through mesh screen opening by a squeegee or fill blade in the pattern of your design.

The end product has a single ink color per layer in the shape of your design. We repeat this process hundreds of times with industry leading quality control techniques integrated into our work.
